Our client loves to entertain, and wanted an expansive, light filled kitchen with a large island where he could entertain friends and host parties. We chose to continue the lovely family room hardwood floors into the kitchen, and sanded and stained them a warm golden color to complement the white and taupe tones. The island was enlarged, and we used a combination of two different Caesarstone countertops for a subtle contrast. The unique pendant lights were exactly the whimsical touch that our client desired.
