At MSK Design Build, we listen to you. That’s the first step. People know what they want, and if not, they know what they don’t want. We share ideas, inspiration, education, and guidance, but at the end of the day we will design and build what you want in your home.

We believe in clear and professional communication. This means that we will communicate with you from your first design consultation until you check off every item on your punch list. Our interactive software program and mobile app keeps everyone connected, and you will get answers to your questions, and updates to your schedule in a timely manner.

MSK believes that cleanliness is essential while living through your remodel. We clean up at the end of each day, remove debris regularly, and keep a neat jobsite. We also keep the jobsite safe for children and pets. Our clients regularly praise us for the cleanliness of our worksites.

Remodeling is different than new home building. When you open up the wall of an older home, there are sometimes surprises. When surprises occur, or something goes wrong (and things can occasionally go wrong during a remodel), we will clearly communicate the issue, options if there are more than one, and the resolution. If it’s on your side, we help you through it. If it’s on ours, we own it. Our word is good, and our past clients will attest to that.
