Although these great Concord clients were originally excited by our proposed designs for a new kitchen remodel, the kitchen of their imagination was always larger than the space they had. After debating the pros and cons of an increased investment with how long they planned to stay in the home, they decided to explore what they would gain from a 6’ x 21’ kitchen/nook addition. This is the result: a big, beautiful working island with space for guests and kids, bigger appliances for the cook, and more counter and storage space.
Scope of Work: Kitchen addition bumpout, custom cabinetry in the family room, new gas fireplace, new hardwood floors throughout the downstairs (including living room, dining room and hallways), new carpet on the stairs, new stair railings. Remodeled rooms: laundry room, powder room, entryway with marble tile, new closet and built-in desk area were created in the office.
